Dec 6 - a short business meeting followed by a presentation by Jessica Reilly. Jessica is an avid angler and senior biologist with the Government of Alberta. She has volunteered on a number of occasions with TUC including with the Northern Lights Fly Fishers chapter on the Arctic Grayling project. Jessica is currently responsible for the design and delivery of regional fisheries management programs. She is the provincial species lead for Bull Trout, developing a recovery plan for the species.
