January 2020 Meetings

All meetings start at 7:00pm at Queen Mary Park Community Hall on 117St and 108 Ave. Everyone welcome. No charge and no membership required to attend meetings. Coffee and timbits provided.

Jan 8 - A social fly tying evening. Bring your vice or use club equipment and materials to tie a few flies

Jan 15 - Chapter memnbers Alex and Michael Molenkamp are sharing some of what they've learning from maintaining bee colonies and producing honey. They will also have some of their product available. What's this got to do with fly fishing? You may be surprised!

Jan 22 - Our Annual General Meeting. Check out the forum post for detailed information and to get a proxy voting form if you can't be there in person.

Jan 29 - Reid from Reid's Fly Shop will provide information on the equipment and materials they have for sale with particular mention of Loop rods and reels. He will also demonstrate the tying of his favourite bulltrout fly and two pike flies.
