In spite of the bally-who and bitching another gravel pit has had a development permit issued.The County Development Office draws a magic circle around any development. This circle can be a little as 2 miles OD.AND IF YOU ARE NOT WITHIN THE MAGIC CIRCLE - THEY COULD GIVE A poo-poo ABOUT YOUR OPINION!!!! Who developed the Magic Circle - well this is an artifact from the Three Rivers Dam construction when the Govt of the day wasn't about to allow any more outside agitators say in how public moneys were spent or Crowns Lands screwed over. So the MAGIC CIRCLE is used by the Provincial Govt and Municipalities to make damn sure you don't get a say. So what can you do, donate to the purchase of the Porter Property and get entered on title.
