Heard today that the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Officers have been moved back from the Solicitor General's Dept. to AEP. I'll check it out on Monday

Rumour was wrong. The Parks officers have been moved back from Solicitor General but the Fish and Wildlife officers are staying with Solicitor General.
