Ken asked a good question, and I forgot one thing. To adjust my nymphing rig to shallower water, I'd switch my anchor to a smaller, lighter, and/or bushier fly.

Thanks for a great presentation on the Nationals. Like every sport or lazy past time, given time, grows into a competition. As Lee Wulff said when asked about entering the Jackson Hole One Fly Contest.. (man is a competative animal).
