Peter Morrison Passes

I received some sad news yesterday.

Peter Morrison of Abbotsford BC died on Monday.

He was a fishing guide in BC and the BC representative for Islander, Sage, Rio, Reddington and Bradley.

Peter would often appear Edmonton in attendance at the Fishin' Hole annual show and sale.

He presented on several occations to the Northern Lights on equipment, saltwater fishing and casting.

Many of us in NLFT counted Peter as a friend and fishing companion.

He was a kind and generous gentleman and will be missed by his friends and the fishing community.

Funeral details are not yet available but are tentaively set for November 23rd.

I'll provide more details as they become available.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and close friends.

May he rest in peace.

Dave thank you for letting us know about this. This is a total shock. Peter was a great friend to the Northern Lights Fly Tyers and for sure will be sorely missed. I too want to express my heart felt condolences to Peters family from myself and I'm pretty sure from the Northern Lights Fly Tyers as a group.

Peter will be missed....he was indeed a true gentleman. He was always very generous with his time and I do recall his presentations to the club. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
