dave robinson
My guess is there won't be much to see. Firstly it is a penumbral eclipse which means only the outer or light portion of the earth's shadow crosses the moon The moon rises during the eclipse which is at peak around 5pm local. So the eclipse will be during daylight hours, which will further reduce the contrast between the slightly shadowed area and the moon's normally bright surface. It's probably worth a look, but you don't need to leave tne city to see it. Just find a location with a clear horizon to the East.
