kemo99 Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 I fished at DC02 in Dismal Creek on Sunday. We caught some of the biggest grayling in the study so far, 36 cm. There wasn't a lot of surface activity, so we tried nymphs at times which increased our Mountain Whitefish catch rate. We caught 18 fish, but 11 were whitefish. The water was very clear and conditions were great. There's lots more angling to be done - please let us know if you want an additional site. Remember: the ACA grant pays $100 per trip to cover fuel costs this year. ken 2 Quote
