dave robinson Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 The NLFT-TUC April newsletter has been uploaded to the main web page. Enjoy! Quote
Garhan Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Can this be emailed to everyone as well. I understand many members do not go on the forum, so I would suspect that they dont get a copy unless it is mailed or emailed. Especially for those who are not computer literate. Quote
dave robinson Posted April 5, 2013 Author Posted April 5, 2013 Garhan:We only have one person presently on the snail mail list.I typically bring a few copies to the first meeting of the monthThis month was a miss due to me having to be at a dress rehearsal for the Mozart Requiem. I used to do e-mail way back, but the number of bounces became unmanagable. Since we've been a TU chapter, we have no easy way of segregating the master TU e-mail listfrom those who regularly come to meetings, which would make that problem even worse. Not being computer literate is not a problem as is not be registered or on the forumOur main web page at www.nlft.org has a simple linnk to the current issueYou can access and print that at any library if you don't have internet. Garhan Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 Still, I gather even with the main web page link, people dont get it. When we do renewals, do we not copulate an email list from that every year. Seems to me that that would be easier and probably current. My main concern is that all your effort for the most part is in vain and this news letter simply isnt getting out to enough members via the forum. Quote
dave robinson Posted April 6, 2013 Author Posted April 6, 2013 The problem with making a distribution list from TU renewals is that everyone who attends the annual dinner and auction gets a TU renewal which means a 300 to 400 entry list. That is impossible to manage. Quote
