Garhan
Water level is very low, even for this time of year. Still plenty of Ditimo around, so now I have to bleach my boots. 19:1 ratio of water and bleach with a 3 minute soak and a good rinse will get it. I also see ditimo has now reached the Bow River, and many other creeks and rivers in southern Alberta. Maybe I shouldn't bother doing a disinfecting soaking of my boots. Awe.... but I will anyway..http://www.fishandfl...k/bfcc1203.htmlhttp://www.flycastin.../contest1p7.htmI am very happy to have spent the day on the river with Carl. I am also pleased that he is now living in Alberta for the moment. I didnt ask and he did offer to assist me in fine tuning my casting. But instead we just fished together. A missed opportunity, I dont think so. If there was something seriously wrong Carl would have said so...Only 3 Rainbow, and a Cutbow were caught on Tan #6 Clousers on the spey rod. Good work Carl. Garhan
Thanks all, but this isn't about the fishing it is about friends other than the wind, it was a pleasant day. Mind you being layered helped with good quality clothes. Still fished all day without gloves and the guides didn't ice up. So happy, happy, happy.
