He informed me that almost every time he's there, he see's a bunch of East-coaster's gutting fish right on shore. If anyone lives close by and wouldn't mind swinging by every now and then, maybe we can get them busted. We all complain that there's not enough enforcement, but how many of you have the Report-a-Poacher number in your cell phone? We can't stop everyone, but we can make a difference.
