Too easy identifing the angler, the best ticket seller NLFT&F has ever had, the winner of a Sage ZXL rod. The stream, I will need to eleminate myself as the angler in question and I had a great conversation regarding the waters he fished on his visit to southern Alberta.

Ok guys/gals, enough with the name the bug thing -- that's too hard anyway. Let's have a round of "name the fisherman." Bonus points if you can name the river. Terry

Terry, jfisherman here, is it Dave Robinson on the Crowsnest River?

Yes indeed, it is our friend Vince using a dry fly (what else?) in pursuit of cutty (that's a hint) hiding under a pile of logs. The creek is one of many, many Vince Creeks on this planet, but it does have a proper name. Keep on guessing folks. Terry

What a hoot...I think I may have to put a bit more meat on my bones...legs looking a bit thin and I may have to consider doing a dye job on my hair.... silver is a bit on the bright side. Many guesses on the water but no takers at this time but I can give you all one hint...its down south in what I refer to as God's Country. Every time I go down it gets so very tough to come back home...so much beautiful water and so little time.

Just got in from fishing one of the many Vince Creeks today with Rick Lang and both of us caught lots, had great weather and we even got to explore new water.

Be on the lookout for the 'Gieco Man' rumored to live in a cave near these parts. This is why I assume Rambo brought a knife along afterall.. to battle the hairy beasts?

Aye, never bring a knife to a club fight. :vikinjg::

Nope, not Cat Creek.. soon Scratch... soon I will take you South and get you into a Cuttie and some Brookies.

Anyways, the answer is "lost" on me below in all the smoke and mirrors... here kitty kitty. :whootwhoo:

RangerBob, if I interpret all your code words corrrectly, you have the right answer. I guess officially you should get the cigar, but I'll give the rest of the crowd a chance to come up with the correct name. Terry

Holy crap...after reading your latest post and re-reading RangerBob's I do believe you are correct in saying that RangerBob has the correct answer. Way to go Lance. As Terry originated this challange I will wait for him to announce a winner.

Ok Rangerbob, you've got all the right code words, but until I see the exact name of the mystery "Vince Creek", I can't award the cigar (PS, I'm all out of Cohibas right now, but I'm hoping for a new shipment -- will do my best to have some for your next vist to God's Country). Terry

Speaking of, will be making official announcement soon on the new Alberta Klave alternate site selected.

Hint: You may need some new 'wooden shoes' for wading this creek though. And the name of the other creek is....
