Deep
Hello all, New here.. just had a great year at a couple of aerated pothole lakes. Was wondering about a lake called "Swan lake" in the vicinity of Gr. Prairie. I am a C&R fisherman that would like to catch some bigger rainbows....Any info would be greatly appreciated. dave robinson
Deep: Welcome to the Northern Lights Web Forum I hope you took the time to peruse our main web page to find out more about the Club. If you did, you will find out that we're a pretty friendly bunch and are not shy about sharing fishing information. The best way to get detailed info on where and how to fish around Edmonton (and any place within reasonable driving distance) is to come out to meetings. That's typically the best place to make contact with those in the know. There are number of members that fish Swan regularly and do quite well. Most us us also fish the local potholes and can pass on local knowledge. and there's a dedicated cadre of stream fishers as well. Some so dedicated they will fish almost all winter long. So if you live in the Edmonton area, come on out any Wednesday night for a coffee and chat. If you live somewhere else, you can always plead with the guys who fish Swan to send you a persona message or maybe meet you there sometime.
