Had to miss the meeting last night as I'm putting up a 16' simple set pool for Jackies B-day on the weekend. All I can say is that it is far from simple. The ground looked to be only slightly uneven when I started to set it up the other day.

Once it had a foot of water in, it bacame apperant that it was not as level as I thought. So I had to drain the water out to move it out of the way and start digging. I have it mostly level but will still have to put 3 or 4 hours work into it to get it right.

Now if i could just figure out a way to heat it without melting the sides or electro shocking the kids I would be a happy guy.
