A Beginners Fly Tying Seminar

 

Presented by members of the Northern Lights Fly Tyers and Fishers

 

April 14th, 2007 - From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Location: NAIT Main Campus, Room A147, Edmonton

Cost Members: $5.00 Non-Members: $25.00

 

Equipment Required: Bring your own Tying Vise, and tools. Tying materials provided.

As announced at the meeting yesterday, tickets will be available for sale at the door on the day of the event also.

We estimate about 10 to 12 beginners,

so could use 4 or 5 volunteers

I know Wooly and I will be there

and I suspect Brian B as well.

It was a busy day. There were 14 "students" and about 8 more experienced tyers helping. Many thanks to Brian B for the last minute materials and the coffee run this morning . Also Mike D, dipper Dan, Rick the money man, Dave R, Jerry P, And last and latest Matt for all the help.

We gained a few new members and as usual had a lot of fun.
