FF@ Klave Talk!

Terry, FYI... there are rumors starting that we will be holding the NLFT&F/FF@/CANFF@ Flyfish 2007 Alberta Klave down at Cataract creek this summer. Will be our third time there.. about an hour north of Racehorse from last year.

Jim Fox will be hosting again... idears are being bounced around... and I likely may be able to get away before September... likely end of July.... but August 12th and following weeks after are right out for me as we roll new systems out here at work.

Hope the Wallumeister has mended before then... but he already sounded off that he's game.

Terry,

Plans are in motion via e-mail. Still tossing around either the Crowsnest (we camp in your backyard) or Cat Creek. I am still not game to stay at "Camp Bernice". As plans develop, an official call for a Klave will be made.

I let Jim know that NLFTF will be in the house again though.

RB

PS - Scratchley is working out the details now for Dolberg 4/0 as well to happen after May Long Weekend.

We talked about the relative merits of the campsite we visited last year at Racehorse Creek and the one we used in 2001 and 2002. It's somewhat closer to home and slightly further to the water, but I think it's a bit nicer.

Also, I heard that the Hiawatha campground is under new management so Ranger Bob may again be allowed.

Actually, the Hiawatha Campground has been sold and is being sub-divided into acreages :(:( . There's still the Lundbrek Falls Campground though.

Man, talk about hijacking a thread (club library?) Terry
