Paulf
...well Dan and I are going to avoid the urban life  at the little smokey and try our luck once again on the Silkstone. We might even consider fishing Lovette, either way, were heading west... ...if there are other parties interested in tagging along, you are more than welcome...we plan on leaving Spruce Grove at 6:00 am and most likely arriving back pretty late...the belly boat will be the choice for these lakes as it is a short 2km hike in...it is a fairly easy hike, and takes about 1/2 hour to walk in... ...bring along both floating and sinking lines as Silkstone is a fairly deep lake, the map indicates it to be about 15 meters deep at its deepest... ...until Sunday... dcomo
6:00 AM!!! Holy smokes! The fish and myself will still be sleeping! It's sounds like too much rain to go to the Little Smoky so count me in as long as my alarm rings this time. See you then. Doug
Paulf
...I guess I should mention where we will be meeting in Spruce Grove...meet at Tim Hortons at 6:00am, grab a coffee for the road and then head out...dress warm, or at the very least, bring along some warm clothing... ...see you Sunday...
