weedy1
DT - Have you fished Salters yet and if so how was it?
Dragon Troller
No Weedy1 I have not, Tomorrow will be the first time but I will have the kids so we won't be there long. I'm goin to try to get my 12' aluminum boat on there which I hope will work out. I'd love for my 4 year old to catch his first trout, he got a few pike last year. The quicker I get him hooked the more fishing I will be doing. Some others here have fished it and done well I think. Fish are small but plentiful I hear, which should be good for the kids. I'll go after the hogs on Sunday
weedy1
I hope the little guy ties into the biggest one. It's always fun when the kids can do the bragging, especially at the expense of Dad. Good luck.
Skipper
Looks like we're going to try Muskiki tomorrow. Never been there so it should be interesting. I talked with F&W this morning and the lady said most of the foothill lakes are ice free. If Muskiki isn't okay we'll head down to Goldeye.
