albertabowhunter
Do you have to pre book the camping? or is it first come first served?
canadagrey
Camping has lots of room. It's the cabins that are in short supply.

James
Where is this lodge and what type of fishing is it?
canadagrey
The lodge is about 11km west of the forestry trunk road south of Robb on the Cardinal River Road. You turn south off of the Cardinal River Road at the Garbage Dump. If you arrive at Small Boys Camp you went too far. Turn around and take your first right . If you look on most maps the lodge is located at the Airstrip which will show. Fishing within about 30 minutes is Cardinal-Cuts and Bulls, Brown Creek-Bulls, Blackstone-Cuts and Bulls, Chungo-Cuts and Bulls. Meskiki Lake -Cuts and Brookies, Thunder-Cuts,Fairfax-Brookies and Rainbows. Pembina River-Bulls,Grayling, Rockies and Brookies.
dipperdan
Hey All, How's it going with the Brazau trip, is it still on? Are there any cabins left ? I checked out Chickakoo Lake for the first time. I caught over a dozen rainbows in a four hour span 8" to 14" and lotsa other hits as well. Was surprized with the rain that there was over a dozen shore fishers. I read that it was stocked with some brookies as well , but didn't see a one. There where a few guys on Sauer Lake and a couple on shore. Will try to make it out to the meeting this wed night . Tight lines guys.................

We're taking our float tubes with us just in case the rivers are high. Look forward to seeing you there Dan - campfire and a Southern Comfort (or two) sounds pretty darn good to me right now. Paul, I'm here to tell you that there is no such thing as a short 2 k hike so Silkstone may have to wait till either I get younger legs or till I win the 6/49 and get brought in by hilicopter or carried in by a couple of young, tall blondes . I am bringing the tube so Muskiki for sure. Talk to you soon Paul. Vince
