I don't believe anything is firmed up yet. Often it's the september long - however, thanks to the little smoky fish and tell in Canadian FlyAngler - I wonder if it will be as enjoyable as in the past...

 

We're still talking in small self indulgent groups about the 'prime time'.

The Club trip for the Little Smokey is actually schedule for the weekend of Sept 17 &18th some go a day or 2 earlier :clap::clap: . We try to do about the 3rd weekend into sept. I hope this helps.

Good, you guys go 17 and 18th, that way it will be a lot less crowded when we go on the long weekend.... Elk and grayling, mulies and bulls..... hmmm maybe even a moose.... lets hope...

lOOking for the prime time? I would say the best would either be last week of sept or 1st week of oct....little smokey seems to get better the later you go... right up until 2nd to 3rd week of oct....or so I've found...

Any update on when the trip is...I need to get out of my hometown, out of school, and out of the field before I lose it....And the cure is Grayling Fishing on the little smokey!

Paul that roads rough at the best of time :eek::drinked: . As long as it doesn't get wet between now and next week it should be driveable. :thumbup: Looks like I might have to miss again this yr and go up the following week :( . Have to much happening along with a ball ternament on the Sat. (coach has to show up.)
