Saw these hatching today on Mill creek - south side of edmonton.

 

VERY cool - same bugs as on the crow today. :)

As per the Phenelogical Fly by Scammel.. when the Rose Bushes bloom.. the stonefly hatch be starting.

 

(Guess y'all did notice the wildrose picture I posted at the end of my "Floodhole" pics did yah.. hmmm.)

The green and yellow sallies hatch all the time on the Nest.. and I've never seen a fish take them. Go figure, I even carry imitations for them too.
