RangerBob Posted January 18 Posted January 18 I just heard this news from Alberta Al. My deepest condolences to Flyfish@ family and friends. Ranger Bob A River Runs Through It “Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time. On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words, and some of the words are theirs. I am haunted by waters.” ― Norman Maclean Quote
Scratch Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Saddened by this news. My first trip with Michael to fish was Stauffer creek. I met him in the parking lot at the breakfast place, and walked to his car with my spin rod, and coffee can. I thought THAT was the day we'd lose him. Condolences to all who will share his loss. /Greg 1 Quote

kemo99 Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Michael contributed to countless projects and initiatives over many years with the Northern Lights Fly Fishers. He was a great teacher, mentor, leader and friend. He never missed an opportunity to volunteer and his contributions are far too numerous to list here. We will miss him dearly. 1 Quote
