Pierre Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 Had the recent good fortune of meeting Michael Dell and Don Anderson at a local Edmonton pothole. After a brief chat about pt boat setups, they were off fishing. Later in the day I anchored next to my brother and watched in awe, Don A masterfully pick off trout after trout using his infamous catatonic leech while those around him were less successful His amazingly quick hook sets were reminiscent of gunslingers shooting it out at high noon on a deserted main street. BANG, (smoke clears), and another shocked trout in Don's net. Don reloads...... Don's arms must of got tired catching all those fish, because this newbie was even more fortunate to have him anchor up along side of me and he offered me a fly, some tips and correct some of my faults. I just tried to absorb all the info he was so willingly giving. Thanks again Don, Forever thankful Quote
RangerBob Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 Yup, he's Old School... so I'd be paying attention and soaking it all in too. Quote
