DennisS

Recommended Posts

Forget about tying in September

So here's the old(both flies  I haven't tried in many years)

Royal wulff parachute(Dennisized)

52 Buick(created by an Albertan)

New

These flies I just saw somewhere not sure were. I liked and tried them and seemed to work

1. Easy foam fly

2. Minnow pattern

I will submit material list a bit later

Hi Dennis, this material list for the 52 Buick was taken from Russel Thornberry's " Fishing Jasper National Park' book. The originator I believe was Gary Carlson who was a friend of Russels. Gary fished quite often out at Hasse Lake and came up with the 52 Buick back in 1974 or 1975. Michael could probably share a litttle more on this.
