Just finished the survey...read carefully as per Don's suggestion... The survey asked me if I want the Ram as a "Catch & Release" or "Limited Harvest" in three different zones. I couldn't find where it was asking me if I wanted the river closed for fishing. To me - It looks like AEP is asking for input not trying to impose fish closures...Did I miss something?
